Hi! I’m Giovanni, a computational biologist passionate about bridging the gap between artificial intelligence and biological discovery. My work combines rigorous scientific methodology with innovative computational approaches, exploring the intersection of Graph Neural Networks, Knowledge Graphs, and bioinformatics.

Recent Experience
Completed a research visiting period (March-June 2025) as a Visiting Researcher at the Department of Computer Science, University of Cambridge, working on Graph Neural Networks (GCN, GAT, CompGCN) and their applications to biological knowledge graphs.
